Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling

  • One free reschedule when requested at least 2 hours before the call.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancellation at least 2 hours before the call: full ₹99 refund.
  • Cancellation within 2 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
  • If Vana cancels or a Vana-side technical issue prevents the call: priority reschedule or full refund.

Refund timing

  • Approved refund initiated within 2 business days.
  • Provider or bank may take 5–7 business days.
